Custom work is made just for you, so refunds depend on how far the work has gone.

| After the first proof, before final delivery | Partial refund: the price minus the work already done (we'll tell you the amount before you decide) |
| After final delivery | No refund, unless the files don't match the agreed order and we can't fix it within the included revisions |
Rush delivery
The rush fee is refunded if we miss the rush delivery date.
Free pages
Free coloring pages cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@happybunnycoloring.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.
