Plain-English summary: use the free pages for coloring, don't resell them, and for custom orders we agree the details, you pay, we deliver and revise until it's right (two rounds included).

1. Using the website

By using Happy Bunny Coloring you agree to these terms. You may browse and download free coloring pages under our free-use license, up to 5 downloads per day. Don't attempt to bypass the download limit with automated tools, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.

2. Intellectual property

All designs, files, text and graphics on this site are owned by Happy Bunny Coloring unless stated otherwise. Our designs are original and do not depict characters or brands owned by others. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, see our copyright policy.

3. Custom orders

  • Quote and agreement. Each order starts with a brief from you and a quote from us (price, deliverables, delivery date). The order is confirmed when you accept and pay.
  • Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record and handle taxes and invoices. We never see or store your card details.
  • Revisions. Two rounds of revisions are included. Further changes, or changes to the brief after work has started, may cost extra.
  • Delivery. We deliver digital files (PDF, SVG, PNG as agreed) by email or download link.
  • Your materials. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any photos or references you send, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights.
  • License. On full payment, you receive the license described in your quote: commercial use for marketplace orders (non-exclusive unless an exclusive license was purchased); personal use for photo conversions.
  • AI-assisted work. Our pages are made with AI-assisted tools and finished by hand. If you publish them on a marketplace that requires AI disclosure (for example Amazon KDP or Etsy), you're responsible for making that disclosure.
  • Refunds. See our refund policy.

4. Disclaimer and liability

The website and free pages are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Happy Bunny Coloring isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a custom order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above; orders already confirmed keep the terms agreed at the time.
